Its that time of the year again!

New Year’s resolution is a tradition, most common in the Western World but also found in the Eastern World, in which a person resolves to continue good practices, change an undesired trait or behavior, accomplish a personal goal, or otherwise improve their life at the start of a new year.

Wondering why I just defined New Year Resolution, well because its that time of the year again. As we stand here bidding farewell to 2021 and ready to welcome the new year with immense hope and dreams, New Year resolution is a must!

Unfortunately most of the resolutions that we can die natural death and fizzle out even before the first quarter of year ends. We should still not lose hope and at least try to live up to our expectations. its indeed true that life is unpredictable specially after Covid hit the world but yet we should not lose hope.

Create a list of New Year’s resolutions that are easy, attainable and can help you make better-for-you lifestyle tweaks each and every day. You’ll start 2022 with a healthier body and a richer mind. Find ways to stay on track with resolutions using a planner to help you, and checking off daily fitness goals and frequent decluttering tasks feels that much more achievable. This year, it’s time to put you first.
