Us Weekly reports that Nona Melkoni, who ate next to the couple at Joan’s on Third in Studio City on Tuesday, has confirmed that the couple is married. She heard it straight from the horse’s mouth!
“I asked them if they were married and they simultaneously said yes!” Melkoni told. “They were both very happy and kind. He told me that she’s his angel.”

Justin and Hailey were seen last in the car where Justin seemed upset after ex Selena Gomez’s emotional breakdown.
But here comes the big turn, the couple is happy and very much married! Well best of luck to the young couple.
