Kia apko raat ko nend nahi ati? Here is what you need to know…

Kia apko bhi raat ko nend nahi ati ya soney me mushkil hoti hai phir chahe ap jitne bhi thakay hue kiu na ho? Ya phir ap bech raat nend se uth jatay hain or phir wapis sukoon ki nend nahi kar sakhte? Is bimari ka naam insomnia hai jisme insaan sleeping disorder ka shikar ban jata hai. Insomnia ki waja se body ki energy level low hojatai hai, mood swings hone lagte hain or serious health problems bhi hosakhte hain.

Ab sawal ata hai kay insomnia honey kay kia reasons hain. Aksar logo ko soney me mushkil stress, anxiety or depression ki waja se hoti hai. 1: Managin your sleep time is very important. Apne soney ka time koi ek rakhlen or koshish karen roz usi time me sojayen including weekends too.

2: Try to stay active as much as you can. Khudko mukhtalif activities me involved rakhen. Agar ap student toh extracurricular activities me participate karen.

3: Avoid naps. Bewaqt ka sona apki raat ki nend kharab kar sakhta hai.

4: Avoid large meals or beverages at night before sleep. Apna dinner soney se 2 ghante phele karlen. Is tarha apka khana eaisly digest hojayega or apko nend bhi achi ayegi.

5: Avoid using caffeine or nicotine . In dono chezon me aisi ingredients hotay hain jo human brain ko hyper active kar dete hain jiski waja se soney me problems askhti hai especially avoid using these things before sleep.
