It was stated earlier that Mahira Khan has opted out of the project ‘Maula Jatt 2’, however according to the latest buzz nation’s most favorite couple, Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan are reuniting for the movie alongside the hotties, Hamza Ali Abbasi and Humaima Malik.
The two are coming together after six years, “Yes, I am super thrilled about Maula Jatt, which is a Punjabi film and I unite with Fawad Khan after Humsafar. We are expected to create the same magic like Humsafar, but the two projects Maula Jatt and Humsafar are totally different,” she revealed.
Mahira will be seen in the avatar of Mukkho Jatti and Humaima will play the character of, Daroo Natti.
Maula Jatt 2 is a high-budget remake that might restore a genre that ceased to exist in the 90s. It is likely that the reboot will make it to the cinemas in early 2018.
Cannot wait to see all the four superstars share screen space in cinemas together for the first time!
On the work front Mahira is busy shooting for his upcoming comedy film Saat Din Mohabbat In for now.
