A Chinese guy named, Panzhou was seen climbing from his 19th storey room. He decided to escape through the telephone cables which were outside his window. He floundered to the middle of 2 buildings on those cables and got stuck.
Firefighters finally came and helped him down, before handing him over to the police for trying to escape paying his bill, he was very close to some live power lines, and could have easily died while staying up there.
