According to a recent statement by Lollywood actress Meera, she has claimed to travel to Burma on the urge to help and save the Rohingya Muslims. “I am going to Burma and will save the Rohingya Muslims,” she said.
Recently with the ongoing brutality and torture that is being dealt by the Rohingya Muslims, many celebrities including; Iqrar ul Hasan, Waqar Zaka and Dr. Aamir Liaquat went on a quest to Myanmar (Burma) to help the Muslims out there. However, as most of them have been deported, actress Meera took hold of this great opportunity to win the attention of media by announcing her near journey to Burma.
