Speculation that their relationship is heading for marriage has reached fever pitch in recent months.
And Meghan Markle is said to have quit her highly successful role on Suits amid claims she will announce her engagement to Prince Harry before Christmas.
A source said: “Meghan knows she can’t really act at the same time as being a princess and is happy to make this career sacrifice.
“She really enjoys her charity work with Unicef and will broaden out her charity commitments when she becomes a full-time royal.”
It’s been reported that Meghan and Harry are already engaged after their romantic August trip to Botswana though they’ve kept this private so as not to overshadow the anniversary of Princess Diana’s death.
It follows reports Meghan was planning not to sign up for another series. Meghan loved playing Rachel and feels she owes so much to Suits but Harry can’t move to Toronto, so she’ll have to move eventually if they want to be together.
