Mehrunisa V Lub U or not, we're not sure!

It’s a good sign that our filmmakers are making quality films; they are entertaining and full of laughter, but sometimes they make no sense at all. While Mehrunisa V Lub U has a strong message, it simply failed to deliver.

There should be a difference in comedy and vulgarity, some dialogues are so extremely scornful that it will embarrass you in front of your family, and we fail to understand what our censor board was thinking when approving the screenplay?!

But anyway, talking about the film, the actors have done a brilliant job, Sana Javed’s performance was good but on serious note, one can’t expect acting from Danish Taimoor. While veteran actor Javed Sheikh, Qavi Sahab and Nayyar Ejaz have done a great job. Where Ejaz portrayed a negative role of a transgender by the name of Marzi.

The music of the film is somewhat average and after watching the movie, the only song I remember was “Tu he tu”. Undoubtedly, the direction of the film is outstanding, showing how far Yasir Nawaz has come and matured, knowing exactly what his job requires from him.

First half of the movie was good, but the second half was a bit too slow and dragged to a point that one may even leave the cinema. They can watch it who want to enjoy some dirty jokes with friends during a late night stay over plan.

So, without much ado, let’s cut the review here and give the people a chance to decide whether they Lub the movie or not.

I firmly believe that there's no shortcut to success. Working for an organization like this has helped me gain the kind of experience which takes a lot of time to grasp. Every day is a new day with new learning experience. I love what I do and I feel proud to be who I am now.
