Subsequent to making a history in the realm of feedback, Nargis Fakhri who got commentators from all over Pakistan over a Mobilink Print Ad distributed in real dailies of Pakistan, now she is again in the news for her “intense” execution in Vaseline Ad according to PEMRA regulations.

Pakistan’s state-claimed TV administrative organization PEMRA has banned a Vaseline advertisement including Nargis Fakhri. Its truly comical that Nargis Fakhri is startling them through her TV advertisements, first time for Mobilink Ad and now for Vaseline Ad. This is truly tragic that PEMRA, taking stern activities against customers without giving them notice well before time.

Do we have operational blue pencil board to “PASS” an Advertisement in Pakistan? The answer is No, as after the inundation of private satellite stations we don’t have any control board to check the substance nature of the TV plugs. We should say that PEMRA needs to set a code of the behavior first and that COC ought to got marked by all Media Buying houses and Ad Agencies.

Everybody is cheerful the way PEMRA is taking activities against TV channels and revolting promotions under initiative of Absar Alam however first there must be a code of the behavior to be imparted to all the gatherings keeping in mind the end goal to maintain a strategic distance from such inept activities.
