In order to mark World Down Syndrome Day, Karachi Down Syndrome Program (KDSP) has dedicated a song called ‘Aao Humaray Saath Chalo’ to children with Down Syndrome and their families.
The main idea behind the video is to include everyone with the slogan ‘Inclusion is everyone’s right.’ The video starts off with statistics saying that 225K people live with the condition every day in Pakistan.
The song is sung by Ali Hamza and features big name celebrities like Sarwat Gillani, Bushra Ansari, Momal sheikh, Javed Sheikh, Sheema Kermani, Ahsan Khan, Anoushey Ashraf and Ehtesham Ansari.
To spread awareness about the issue, these celebrities held up empowering messages for these wonderful people.
