Shah Rukh Khan and Mahira Khan starrer Raees trailer was released just this week, and fans across India and Pakistan have completely gone bonkers over it.
The trailer, soon after its release, became the first ever Bollywood film trailer to cross 21 million views within 24 hours. Within minutes, this trailer became the most trending topic worldwide.
As reported by DNA, the trailer has crossed over 12.7k views on Youtube as well as 200k likes. This makes Raees set the new standards in Bollywood cinema by getting the most number of digital views, leaving Aamir Khan’s Dangal which had 9 million views in 24 hours, far behind.
Raees also managed to impress Pakistani audiences and fans with the apt representation and scenes of Mahira, who had been expecting her to be cut off from the movie. The film is directed by Rahul Dholakia and is scheduled for January 25, 2017 release.
