Revival is good when you add a little bit of this and a little bit of that, fashion and corporate are the notable elements in that. Whenever they combine together, outcome has always been extra-ordinary.
Last year, a fashion show – Fashion Forward PIA was arranged to revive the idea of Air Hostess’s uniforms, where designers showed their creativity and changed the look of how the cabin crew should be up in the air. Out of all, Nomi Ansari, Sania Maskatiya aced the fashion face-off and was chosen to design dresses for the crew.
Since then, a lot interesting things happened with PIA. Two important things are the acquisition of three Airbus A330 aircraft from Sri Lankan Airlines which will be used for Islamabad-London ‘Premier Service’ effective from August 14th, 2016 and the revival of the 60’s trend of PIA.
Soon we all will witness the fashion fad by PIA Cabin Crew in dresses designed by Nomi Ansari and scarves & apron by Sania Maskatiya along with Saima Azhar, the top model of Pakistan will be representing PIA as a Brand Ambassador. Such a graceful lady she looks in a uniform which shows the 60’s trend and designer uniform.
Kudos to PIA, Nomi Ansari & Saima Azhar for being a part of such an outstanding revival.
