A case in Jodhpur court has been filed against Bollywood superstar Salman Khan for illegally possessing arms. The procession of the case along with the final verdict is expected to be out on 18th January. As per the reports revealed by Indian media, the legal closure can lead to a sentence of about seven years.
The reports have further revealed that two cases against acquittal have already been booked against Salman. Moreover, the India Supreme Court has ordered Mr. Khan to be present on the mentioned date against the cases and charges filed.
It is highly likely that the case will be registered in a Higher Court, because of the authenticity involved. If proven true, Salman will be jailed for about seven years.
Salman Khan had been booked for the charges of illegal backbuck hunting and bearing firearms with expired license during shooting of a film.
