Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday reserved its decision on the appeal of super model Ayyan Ali against addition of her name in Exit Control List (ECL).
The court reserved the judgment after counsels of both sides completed their arguments.
Ayyan Ali had previously filed a petition in Sindh High Court over re-including her name in ECL for the third time.
In her appeal she had submitted that in spite of the decisions of Sindh High Court (SHC) and Supreme Court (SC) the name has been placed in ECL for the third time. The petitioner asked the court to turn over the step as illegal.
