    1. Spinach Omelette

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • diced tomatoes

Method: In a medium bowl, whisk the egg whites and water, add salt and pepper. Heat oil in a non-stick pan add spinach and season it with salt, stir until leaves are tender. add egg whites and cook until almost set. Spread cottage cheese on one side and then fold each side onto itself. Serve with some dice tomatoes and enjoy!

2. Plain Greek Yogurt flavoured with honey and topped with fresh fruit

Yogurt keeps you fresh and keeps your energy level high. It is an excellent source of calcium, potassium, protein, zinc, and vitamins.

3. Protein Packed Smoothie

If you’re looking for something super quick, super simple and super healthy, this smoothie is for you!


  • 1 Banana
  • 10 cherries
  • 3 tbsp. greek yogurt
  • 4 walnuts
  • 1 scoop vanilla protien powder
  • ice cubes

Method: Mix all the ingredients and blend them all together. 

4.  Whole wheat wrap

Make a quick breakfast wrap by taking your favourite fruit, peanut butter, cinnamon and wrapping them all together in a whole wheat bread.

5. Overnight Oats
