Staying healthy is one of the main and important thing that everyone should follow. Eat healthy and stay healthy. This phrase should be followed by each person. If you want to be a healthy person then you must follow these 8 things to be a healthy person:

1- Go to bed by 10:

Hence proved that early to bed and early to rise makes a person healthy, wealthy and wise. So just follow this phrase if you want to stay healthy and fit.

2- Breathe deeply:

Try to meditate or breathe daily. Spend some of your time in meditation. Schedule a meditation time daily.

3- Connect with people:

Those who are in a relationship have longer life and feel happier than the one’s single. Try to meet as much people as possible. Be it your friends or strangers. It releases stress and tension.

4- Eat Nuts:

Snacking on a handful of any nut five times a week slashes your risk of dying from cardiovascular disease.

5- Do some light activity when sitting:

You know you need to exercise to stay healthy, but hitting the gym regularly isn’t enough if you’re also spending long stretches in a desk chair or on the couch.

6- Laugh:

Make it a habbit of laughing. It can burn your cLories a lot. Try and watch something comedy every weekend.

7- Cook:

Keep yourself busy in kitchen. try to cook something healthy for you and for your family.

8- Get outside:

Spending time outside gives you vitamin D with strong bones and you mental health gets better.
