Mark Balfe-Taylor and Anne Balfe-Taylor’s wedding ceremony was one of a kind where they were surrounded by weed shrubs.
Mark Balfe-Taylor said that it was his decision to plan such a theme wedding because his father was once imprisoned because of a marijuana-related offense, so the issue is quite personal to him.
