Victoria Secret’s Chief Resigned When Annual Fashion is Canceled

Ed Razek, Chief marketing officer of Victoria Secret has gave up his job.
Since 1983, He was in the service of L Brands, which is a US lingerie label’s parent company.

His resignation was handed out after a year when he said in an interview with US Vogue that we should never cast  transsexuals because the show is a “fantasy”.

“Shouldn’t you have transsexuals in the show? No. No, I don’t think we should. Well, why not? Because the show is a fantasy.”

He was based out for his indelicate comments and everyone demanded his instant departure. Razek presented an apology later on.

Victoria Secret has hired its first transgender model named Valentina Sampaio on Sunday soon after the resignation of Ed Razek.

Razek’s abdication likewise comes in the midst of cases that Victoria’s Secret is attempting to reposition itself in the #MeToo period. The undergarments mark is infamous for engendering solid excellence beliefs with its yearly style appear, which sees flexible limbed models from around the globe stroll down the runway in its structures.

Ed Razek’s departure was disclosed to the employees on Monday in an internal memo from Chairman and CEO Lex Wexner, According to Wall Street Journal.
