1. Stop comparison

Your purpose. Your experience. Owning your feelings and turning your attention inwards, where it really matters. 

 The only competition you have is staring back at you in the mirror. 

2. Family comes first

Never forget who was by your side since the start when no one was. 

Your partner, friends, siblings and parents come first. Work is always second. 

3. Invest in yourself

Never let go of your child like curiosity. 

Be a life long learner and keep reading books, learning from mentors and experiencing new things. 

4. Find a support system

You are a product of your own environment. 

Surround yourself with people that are kind and honest. Positivity and energy matters alot, supportive and inspirational. 

5. Accept your past

Stop being a product of your past. The present is the only place where you can act, live and love. 

Life is too short to waste. 

6. Being grateful

Be thankful for your life and family. Your home and health matter a lot. Your job and success no matter how small and insignificant it may seem. 

7. Your thoughts = your reality

Filter our negativity to make space for positive thoughts. 

Cut out the noise, remove negative news and people. 

You are what you consume – mentally and physically.
