15 Minutes Daily Ramdan Workout

 

Staying motivated in Ramadan is a big deal! You fast, you don’t want to do anything, you do hunger games in iftaar resulting weight gain and cherry on top you miss out gym because you are lazy. But, worry not, there is a solution to every problem. Follow this simple 15 minutes workout daily in the morning and balance your diet accordingly.

Jumping Jacks 

Time – 1 minute.

Squats

Time – 1 minute.

Lunges 

Time – 1 minute. 

                   Lunges

Pushups

Time – 1 minute.

Plank 

Time – 1 minute.

Repeat this circuit for 3 times to make it 15 minutes. This will increase your stamina and keep you active the whole day!
