Mawra Hocane has been absent from the TV for quite a time now. After her big Bollywood stint, it seems that she has become choosy with her projects. While, there may be rumours of her dropping out of an Indian movie; Mawra is tight lipped on the entire situation.
While, talking to a publication house Mawra Hocane stated that she is currently working on a drama slated to shoot, soon. The name of the drama serial is going to be “Sammi” and is based on a social cause.
The serial is being produced in collaboration with the John Hopkins University by Hum TV. Mawra, herself, is playing the role of a protagonist named as Sammi.
Mawra has announced that the shooting will begin within 15 days and the drama serial will definitely make a mark on the Television industry.
