Aditya Pancholi, Indian film actor, producer and a play back singer and one of the most famous Bollywood artist has been sentenced for prison for one year.
He was charged that he had ostensibly assaulted and threatened one of his neighbors during an argument over parking space in 2005.
Recently, the actor was given one year sentence by Andheri Metropolitan court along with Rs.20, 000 fine.
After court announced the decision, Aditya Pancholi’s lawyer came in front and requested for an immediate bail of Rs. 12000.
Police reports reveals that in 2005, the actor hit his neighbour Pratik Pasrani which resulted in severe injuries. The situation heated after the argument on parking space.
After a medical examination of Pasrani, police registered a case of hurt and criminal intimidation.
