Bye bye bloating!

With PCOS, it’s so hard to eliminate inflammation and bloating. I conducted a research and came across this amazing recipe for an anti bloating smoothie and I can’t wait for all of you to try it!

Here’s what you’ll need:

1/2 cup Coconut Water

1 inch peeled Ginger

1 large Cucumber

1/2 Banana

OR

3-4 Pineapple slices

2-3 Green Tea cubes 

Coconut water is an excellent antioxidant which provides satiety and helps the thyroid function as well. 

Whereas Bananas are a great source of potassium and carbs combined with healthy fats. 

Cucumber is known to eliminate water retention and Ginger is an anti inflammatory which relieves digestion. 

Whisk it up and enjoy!
