Detox recipes to keep you on track

Work load and stress calls for stress eating, no matter how conscious you are about your diet. In such situations you tend to eat food more than your regular intake. Keeping yourself hydrated and clean from all the bad fat can keep you healthy and fit. Here are some detox recipes which you can try to keep yourself on the healthy track even if you gulp down cute little cupcake.

Warm Lemon Water

Commonly known as the detoxifier and metabolism booster, warm water with lemon is perfect way to boost the immune system. Consume it every day in the morning before breakfast.

Cucumber Mint Detox Water

Add 15-20 slices of thinly peeled cucumber, 5-7 sprigs of mint and a sprinkle of sea salt to a jug of water. Shake it and consume it the whole day.

Apple Spice Detox Water

Mix 1 apple (thinly sliced), 2 sticks of cinnamon, and 3 cloves of star anise into a litre of water. Chill for a few hours and drink up.

Fat Burning Detox Water

Blend 1 litre of water, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, a teaspoon of ground cinnamon and honey. Before consuming, add half apple and enjoy.

Coconut Pineapple Detox Water

Squeeze 2 limes into a litre of fresh coconut water. Add fresh pineapple wedges, cool it for hours and enjoy.
