Easy and Healthy Weight Loss Method.

 

In this article i would like to share some healthy tips of loosing weight, healthy weight loss is always gradual the crash diets will harm you in long term. Now the question is what is a crash diet? A crash diet is a method to lose weight really fast in a short period of time, by reducing the daily calorie intake to as low as 700 calories a day. This obviously is not only uncomfortable but very hazardous for human health too according to medical researches.

Procedure: 

1- Start your diet plan with Apple cider vinegar (ACV) put half tea spoon of ACV in to 1 full glass Luke warm water and take it on empty stomach, after half an hour have your healthy low fat breakfast but do not skip your meal.

2- Drink plenty of water whole day and do not forget to take at least 8 glasses of “DETOX DRINK” this drink has to be prepared overnight. Method of Detox: Mix pieces of Cucumber, mint leaves, slice of lemon & little fennel seeds in to water, don’t forget to drink it all day long. This will keep your metabolism active and will wash off all fats from your body.

3- Take a cabbage soup as you will already be having full healthy breakfast, the Cabbage Diet or Cabbage Soup Diet promises a 10-pound weight loss in a week. If you like cabbage, an unlimited amount of cabbage!, then this is the diet for you. On this diet you are allowed to eat all the cabbage soup you want, and a few select other foods. Cabbage is high in fiber, which helps to clean out the systems in your body.

4- Do brisk walk for 45 mins in evening and 15 mins manual exercise, so the total training is for 1 hour. This will not only boost your metabolism but will burn your fat plus will make you healthy and super active.

5- Eat what you want to but it should be fat free and do not stuff too much food keep your stomach little empty, you can eat fruits to full your stomach instead of eating too much food. Keeping stomach little empty in night meal is good because you have to sleep after that meal without doing any activity.
