Finally Kareena has revealed exercise routine for her fans

Kareena Kapoor Khan is the synonym of fitness. Her transformation from delivering the baby till now is just so inspiring that one can never ignore. While people are dying to know how she is losing weight rapidly, her best friend Amrita Arora took to her Instagram to show how they both have been fighting with the dumbbells.

She starts with aerial yoga, aerial Pilates and aerial fitness; which explains why you won’t find her running on a treadmill or cycling. Instead, it’s more of stretches, yoga and all the muscular exercises.
