Chai is one of the most beautiful creations of mankind. I mean for most Pakistani’s, chai is an addiction. It’s such an integral part of our everyday lives that we can’t imagine existing without chai.
Wake up in the morning and the first thing you want is chai. Stressed out at work and need to relax your mind? Chai. Hanging out with friends and catching up after a long time? Chai. Enjoying the beautiful rainy weather with some freshly made pakoras? Chai. I mean chai can make every situation better no matter what is going on.
Sometimes you start feeling lethargic and don’t feel like doing anything at all. Chai will give you the boost you need to get going. I mean it energises you like nothing else can. Furthermore, chai is an absolute mood lifter. You can be having the worst of days and a cup of chai can freshen you up and lighten your mood.
Chai can go well with so many things. Your favourite biscuit, cookies or maybe rusk. Not just sweet snacks but even savoury snacks such as pakoras, samosas, chicken patties and so much more. All I’m trying to say is that chai is the probably the best thing in our lives and you’ll only understand that feeling if you’re a true chai lover.
