Imran Khan is known as one of the the fittest cricketer-turned-politicians in the history of Pakistan. He has his own way of regulating diet and workout routine during the holy month of Ramadan.
According to IK, it is very necessary to workout in order to reap full benefits of fasting.
“Ramazan is the best time to detox and strengthen the body’s endurance.” said Khan during an interview.
“For young people, a fit and healthy body shows that they are disciplined and in control of themselves,” IK added, who exercises even more than usual in Ramazan.
Khan also revealed that during this holy month of Ramadan, he hits the gym an hour before iftar and walks at least two miles before Sehri.
If we talk about what he eats; is plenty of yogurt, fruits and eggs while he opens his fast, following a normal dinner meal.
