Worried how to stop your hairfall?

Shedding hair can be one of the major reasons for shedding self confidence! Our current lifestyle makes us even more prone to problem like hair fall, which ultimately leads to greater concern such as hair loss . Here are some natural hair growth tips:

  1. Onion juice

    Due to its high sulfur content, onion juice helps treat hair loss and enhance the circulation of blood to the hair follicles, revive hair follicles and reduce inflammation. The presence of anti-bacterial properties in onion juice helps kill the germs that cause scalp infection which may lead to hair loss.
    Blend 2-3 onions in a blender and then squeeze out in a bowl and apply it to your scalp 2 times a week. you will feel the difference yourself.

2. Aloe Vera

Aloe vera contains enzymes that directly promote healthy hair growth. Also, its alkalizing properties can help bring the scalp and hair’s pH to a more desirable level, which can greatly promote hair growth.

Regular use can also relieve scalp itching, reduce scalp redness and inflammation, add strength and luster to hair, and alleviate dandruff. Both aloe vera gel and juice will work.

  1. Apply aloe vera gel or juice onto the scalp.
  2. Leave it on for a few hours and then wash it off with lukewarm water.
  3. Repeat the process three to four times a week.

You can also consume one tablespoon of aloe vera juice daily on an empty stomach to enjoy better hair growth.

3. Coconut

This ingredient has several benefits for your hair. Not only does it promote hair growth, but also conditions it. It has essential fats, minerals and proteins which reduce hair breakage and is also rich in potassium and iron. You can use coconut oil or milk to prevent hair fall.

Steps:

  • Warm a bit of coconut oil and massage it from your hair root to tip.
  • Wash after one hour.
  • Or, grate a coconut and squeeze out its milk by mixing in a little water.
  • Apply it on the area where you notice thinning or balding.
  • Let it stay overnight and wash off the next morning.

4. Green tea

Green tea revitalizes hair follicles and stimulates hair production. It also enhances your metabolism which ultimately leads to increased rate of hair growth. Just conditioner your hair with green tea solution and notice the change!

5. Meditate

Stress! This 6 letter word is the root cause of a lot of problems that come our way. One of the major problems is hair loss! Include meditation in your daily routine and get rid of this irritant.
