The Indian extremists have stopped Nawazuddin Siddiqui, from performing theatre.
He was supposed to perform in a theatre play named “Raamlila” but after the protest by Shiv Sena, he was stopped from performing.
According to the local unit of the Shiv Sena, the actor is allegedly involved for beating his younger brother’s wife. Hence, Nawazuddin Siddiqui will not be allowed to take part in Ramlila, reportedly, said the party.
The woman, who tied the knot with Nawaz’s younger brother, Minazuddin this May, stated that she had been physically tormented by the family for dowry.
However, Nawaz had denied the accusations and said that his sister-in-law was forced by her uncle and had made up the story for publicity.
