You are not as healthy as you think you are

Most people spend a lot of time staring at themselves in the mirror, thinking what exactly is wrong. Is it our makeup or we are really not feeling well?

In reality, there are a lot of things we should be looking for when we stare into the mirror. There are a lot of signs and symptoms we all should know about.

We all know the major signs that we might be unhealthy, but there are other sneaky signs that show we’re not healthy.

Did you know our bodies give us warning signs of waning health long before we become the victim of life-threatening illnesses?

Here are some warning signs that you should definitely not ignore;

  • Cold Feet and hands
  • Poor Sleep
  • Your skin is always breaking out
  • Snoring
  • Acne

Again, having one of these symptoms doesn’t mean that you are secretly falling apart, but it’s not a bad idea to be more aware of the different messages your body might be sending you?
