Sharmeen Obaid slams Hamza Ali Abbasi over his recent remark on Gulalai

Ayesha Gulalai has become the talk of the town these days as she made allegations about PTI Chairman, Imran Khan, just after the Panama Verdict.

Soon after, many individuals including Pakistani celebrities expressed their thoughts over social media, Hamza Ali Abbasi also shared his views about this whole fiasco.

He posted a post on Facebook with the caption: “Joining or leaving a political party is your right in a democracy, but using the ‘woman card’ to lie, shameful.”

But it looks like his post managed to spark fumes amongst many, including Pakistani journalist, filmmaker, and activist, Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy.

Apparently, the term ‘Woman Card’ is strongly promoting the thought that women can get away with anything if they act like a ‘victim’, leading to gender wars.
