“There’s no rocket science in keeping yourself fit and healthy.

Don’t skip your gym and Remove oil, spices & sugar from your food. But sadly there’s no life without these three. Being a foodie I take at least 3 cheat meals a week (which include lots of oil, spices and sugar).

I take a lot of proteins and fruits to keep myself fit and healthy”.
