There are numerous ways to loose the weight but the best way to loose the weight, while keeping your nutrition value high, is to go smoothies

Here are some of the weight loss smoothies

Apple Smoothie

½ c skim or soy milk
6 oz (80-calorie) vanilla yogurt
1 tsp apple pie spice
1 med apple peeled and chopped
2 Tbsp cashew butter
Handful of ice

Add all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute, transfer to a glass, and eat with a spoon.

Peach Smoothie

Peach-Berry-Smoothie

1 cup skim milk
1 cup frozen unsweetened peaches
2 tsp cold-pressed organic flax seed oil

Put milk and ice, unsweetened peaches in blender and blend for 1 minute. Transfer to glass, and stir in flax seed oil.

Lemon-Orange Citrus Smoothie

1 cup skim milk
6 oz lemon yogurt
1 med orange peeled, cleaned, and sliced into sections
Handful of ice
1 Tbsp flaxseed oil

Add milk, yogurt, orange, and ice in a blender. Blend for 1 minute, transfer to a glass, and stir in flaxseed oil.

Strawberry Smoothie

1 cup frozen, unsweetened strawberries
2 tsp cold-pressed organic flaxseed oil

Add skim milk and strawberries in blender. Blend, transfer to glass
