When corporate cultures become toxic and weakened, it severely affects your employees and their efficiency eventually affecting your business in terms of number, your sales begin to decline and customers become dissatisfied. In a nutshell, the future of your organization will be jeopardized. Toxic corporate cultures can kill your business and affect your customers base. Many employees will flee as things gradually worsen, and those who stay may not act as they care about doing more than the minimum, much less about making clients happy.

However, if you timely identify that your organization is turning toxic and employees no longer want to work to grow the organization. Changing this corporate culture is not an easy job but it is not impossible.
